This guide will show you how to setup VoIPOffice Zoho CRM Integration.

 

Zoho CRM

 

You will need your Zoho Username and Zoho Token.

Your Zoho Username is the email address that you use to login to your Zoho CRM. 

Your Zoho Token can be acquired from Zoho by visiting the following URL:

https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=ZohoCRM/crmapi

 

VoIPOffice Admin Site

 

Configure CRM URL in Settings

In the admin site, go to Settings > CRM Integration (contact support if you do not have access)

Service Location: Local

CRM Type: Zoho

API URL: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json

Page URL: https://crm.zoho.com/crm

Set all log options to yes. Zoho CRM does not support uploading call recordings.

 

Enable CRM Module on Extension

In the admin site, go to Extensions > Edit Extension > Editions & Modules > Tick CRM

 

VoIPOffice Communicator

 

Configure CRM User in Settings

In Communicator, go to Tools > Preferences > CRM > Tick CRM

Username: Your Zoho Username

Password: Your Zoho Token

URL: Leave Empty

Logging Options: Use Settings From Server
