How to submit a ticket via this Help Center

Note: To submit a ticket to one of our teams you must be logged in to your account. Please contact our Customer Services team on 0345 004 4040 if you require assistance in this respect.

To Submit a ticket

  1. From the home page of our Help Center, click on the MY TICKETS icon which is the last icon in the list.
  2. You are now on the My activities page which will display all your previously submitted tickets. Click the Submit a request button which is just below the "My requests" heading.
  3. On the first screen, choose the most applicable option from the dropdown list.
  4. Fill in a description for the symptoms you are experiencing or the details of your request. Please also provide the name of the person we should contact in respect to this request and a phone number for them.
  5. Select the most appropriate Type of Issue from the list provided. This value is used to automatic route the issue to the best person to assist you.
  6. There is a space to give optional details of any specific device that this issue relates to and you can attach files up to 20mb in size.
  7. Click the Submit button
