Feature Access Codes (FACs) are special patterns of characters that are dialled from a telephone keypad to invoke particular features. For example, a phone user might press *123, then enter a PIN to forward access their Voicemail from their phone.
Generally the FACs for each VoIPOffice system are the same but where a specific reason exists, it is possible to change these. It is therefore recommended that before communicating a Feature Access Code, that you first check the current configuration.
To complete this task you will need access to your VoIPOffice web interface. You will need to know the administration email address and login password in order to log in. You will also need to know the IP address of your VoIPOffice. All these details were provided in the original Welcome Pack email the account holder received from Telappliant.
