How to log in to your VoIPOffice [+Video]

Your VoIPOffice server is hosted in a secure datacenter and accessible to you via the internet. You will need to access the administration panel to perform tasks such as, but not limited to, adding new extensions, changing the way calls are handled and resetting extension passwords (secrets).

To complete this task you will need to know the following:

  • The administration email address
  • The login password
  • The IP address of your VoIPOffice.

All these details were provided in the original Welcome Pack email the account holder received from Telappliant. 

Logging in to your VoIPOffice

To log in to administration panel of your VoIPOffice server, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the IP address of your VoIPOffice server using your internet browser. Enter the IP address in to the address bar of the browser and press the Enter or Return key on your keyboard.

  2. Enter the administration email address and login password and click the green Login button.
