If you are experiencing issues with your VOIP service, Support may ask you to reboot the phone. Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again. To reboot the phone, disconnect the cord supplying the electrical power to the phone and plug it back into the same port a few seconds later. Some phones allow you to reboot from the keypad or by pressing a button in the phone's web configuration. You should consult the phone's instruction manual on rebooting for more information.
