If the product is faulty you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Just contact our Technical Support team with the device MAC address and the original order number to register the fault, and you will be sent an RMA number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note the warranty on all products is 1 year from the date of purchase. If the product is not faulty, but you still wish to return it, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if the product is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt under our 'no-quibbles' policy.
